Within 48 hours of questionnaire submission, you'll receive your written report (top 3 priority gaps with specific fix steps) and a Loom video walkthrough showing the gaps inside your actual platforms.

A booking link for your included follow-up call is in the delivery email. Book it after you've read the report — when you know what questions you have. It's focused on one thing: making sure you leave with a clear first action.

A few things to have ready that will make the questionnaire faster to complete:

Your tool list
Write down every platform in your backend — CRM, email platform, automation tool, payment processor, course platform, quiz tool, booking tool. Include ones you set up but rarely use.
Your onboarding steps
Think through exactly what happens when a new client pays — step by step. Which steps are automatic? Which do you do manually? The questionnaire asks this in detail.
Platform access
Log into your main platforms now so you know your credentials. I’ll send specific access instructions after you submit the questionnaire.
