What happens if I don’t use all my support hours in a month?

Unused hours do not roll over, but we ensure you get value every month through proactive maintenance, updates, and optimizations.

What happens if I used up all my hours and still support?

We will let you know and give you an option. You can either purchase a prepaid credit with a minimum of 2 hours ($90/hour) or you can move to the next higher plan (if you think you need more support than you initially plan).
