What does "done-for-you" mean in this context?
Our Premium Tech and Automation Support is a fully managed service, meaning we handle all tech setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization. You don’t have to worry about any tech tasks, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients and business.
How many support hours are included, and what happens if I don’t use all my hours?
Our starter package starts at up to 10 hours of support per month. Unused hours do not roll over to the following month, so we encourage you to utilize the hours as needed each month to get the most out of your support plan.
What happens if I need more than my plan limit per month?
We can accommodate up to 2 excess hours beyond your plan limit, which will be billed at $85 per hour on your next invoice. Alternatively, you can choose a prepaid plan, starting at $425 for an additional 5 hours. Any unused prepaid hours will roll over into your next support cycle, ensuring you have extra time when you need it. You also have the option to upgrade or downgrade at anytime.
How does invoicing work?
Invoices are sent 5 days before your monthly renewal date, and payment is due on or before the renewal due date. If an invoice isn’t settled by the due date, we will temporarily halt support until payment is received.
Will I be able to make updates to the system if I want to?
Absolutely. While we manage everything for you, we also provide clear documentation and walkthroughs. This means if you ever need to make an adjustment or understand a process, you have all the resources you need without needing to rely on us.

Our service is compatible with a wide range of tools commonly used by coaches and consultants, including WordPress for websites, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and scheduling tools. We’re happy to work with your preferred tech stack, or we can suggest tools that best fit your needs.
Is there a commitment required for the monthly service?
Our Premium Tech and Automation Support is billed monthly starts at $850, with no long-term commitment required. This flexibility ensures that you receive ongoing support as long as it’s beneficial to your business. You are free to upgrade and downgrade at anytime. If you wanted to cancel, we do asked for 30 days notice for proper turnover.
