Things people usually ask

Why do you need access to my actual platforms?

Because most backend problems are invisible from the outside. What you describe in the questionnaire is accurate — but the specific configuration details that cause silent failures (a trigger pointed at the wrong event, a workflow in Draft, an unverified sending domain) only show up when I’m inside the actual platform. I request read-only access only — I can’t change anything.

What if I'm not comfortable giving platform access?

That’s fine. I can conduct a questionnaire-only audit — the findings will be based on your descriptions rather than verified live, and I’ll note this in the report. For most common problems the questionnaire is enough to identify the issue. For specific configuration errors, live access is more accurate.

What platforms do you cover?

GoHighLevel, Dubsado, HoneyBook, Vbout, Kit (ConvertKit), ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make, TryInteract, Kajabi, Teachable, PayPal, and Stripe. If you use a platform not on this list, tell me in the questionnaire and I’ll advise on whether I can review it.

What happens after I receive the report?

You can fix the gaps yourself using the numbered steps in the report. You can book the 20-minute follow-up call to talk through the findings. Or if you’d rather have me handle the rebuild — reply to the delivery email and I’ll send the DFY details. The report becomes the brief, so onboarding is faster than starting from scratch.

Is this the same as a general business audit or strategy session?

No. This is a technical backend audit — I’m looking at your platform configuration, your automation logic, your integration connections, and your data flow. Not your offers, your marketing strategy, or your positioning. If your backend is working correctly and you need strategic input, that’s a different type of work.
