Let's be honest about funnels
A funnel that doesn't convert isn't a small problem.
You know the feeling. People land on your page, seem interested, and then simply vanish. No sale, no reply, sometimes not even an unsubscribe — just silence.
And the hardest part is you don’t know why. Was it the offer? The page? A broken automation three steps back that quietly dropped them? Without tracking, you’re guessing at a problem that’s costing you real revenue.
- The traffic you're already paying or working for — arriving, and leaving without ever seeing your real offer.
- The time spent second-guessing your funnel — tweaking headlines and colors when the actual issue is somewhere else entirely.
- The compounding cost of a funnel that underperforms month after month, while you assume it's simply ‘normal.’
- It isn't that your offer is wrong. A funnel built without strategy or tracking behind it will always leak — no matter how good what's inside it is.
Is this you?
You're getting interest but not enough of it converts.
You're leaving money on the table
You're getting interest, but it isn't turning into booked calls or sales.
Your funnel runs on hope
Pages and emails exist, but nothing's connected or measured.
You want it done strategically
Not just "pretty pages," but a flow built deliberately to convert.
Exactly what's included
Not "a few pages." A working system.
Here’s the full build — the parts people see, and the parts that quietly decide whether it converts.
A funnel without tracking is a guess wearing a nice outfit. This build tells you what's actually working.
HOW IT WORKS
From apply to live funnel, handled.
Apply
Tell me about your offer and where conversion's breaking down.
Strategy & map
We design the funnel flow and the journey before a page is built.
Build & connect
Pages built on-brand, with automation wired between every step.
Launch & track
It goes live with tracking, so you can see what's working and refine.
What you walk away with
A launch that runs without you white-knuckling it.
You get the finished, tested system — every email scheduled, every automation firing, checkout and delivery working — so launch week is calm, not chaos.
You show up for your audience and your offer. The machinery behind it just runs.
What you walk away with
A written Backend Roadmap, not just a nice chat.
The session isn’t advice you’ll forget by Friday. You leave with a clear, written plan — what to fix, in what order, and why — mapped to your actual tools and goals.
Use it to do the work yourself, hand it to your team, or bring it back to me for the build. Either way, the clarity is yours to keep.
What you're probably wondering
The honest answers, up front.
"Is it really worth $2,500+?"
One launch where the checkout silently fails can cost more than this in lost sales alone — never mind the hors and the stress. This isn’t an expense on top of your launch. It’s the thing that protects it.
"Why you, and not someone cheaper?"
You can absolutely find cheaper. A lot of my work is rebuilding what cheaper left broken. Ten years means I see the gaps before they cost you — which is the whole point of paying for experience.
"What if something breaks anyway?"
It’s tested end to end with real transactions before you go live, and I’m on call through launch week. If something moves, I move on it — you’re not alone with it at midnight.
"What if I'm not even sure this is the right service?"
Then we find out together. The application leads to a scope call, not a contract. If a Strategy Session or something smaller fits you better, I’ll say so.
Good to know
The practical details.
How far ahead should I book you?
Ideally a few weeks before your launch — the more runway, the more we can test. But reach out even if it’s tight; I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
Do you write the launch copy too, or just build it?
Which platforms do you build on?
What if my launch date moves?
It happens. We’ll adjust the timeline together — the build doesn’t expire.
What happens after launch week?
You keep the system, and the run sheet. If you’d like ongoing care, Dedicated Tech Support picks up from there.
If, on our scope call, I don't believe I'm the right person for your launch — I'll tell you, and I won't take the project. You'll leave knowing more either way.
