Phase 02 · Build

Your next launch, built to run on rails.

The full behind-the-scenes build — emails, automations, checkout, and delivery — set up and tested so launch week stops running on adrenaline and starts running on a system.

Launch Systems Setup

from $2,500

per project

A launch that runs itself — so you can actually be present.

By application · We'll make sure it's the right fit first

Let's be honest about launches

A broken launch doesn't just cost you a weekend.

For over a decade, I’ve been the quiet hand behind other people’s businesses — building the systems, funnels, and automations that let coaches show up and do their best work without the tech falling apart behind them.

I don’t do hype, and I won’t sell you a tool you don’t need. I treat your business the way I’d want mine treated: with care, with structure, and with respect for how hard you’ve already worked to get here.

Is this you?

You're done holding launches together with willpower.

This is for coaches and course creators ready to hand the launch build over — properly.

You're launching soon

A cart opens in the next few weeks and the tech isn't ready — or isn't something you trust.

You've outgrown DIY

You've launched on willpower and duct tape before, and you're done doing it that way.

You want it off your plate

You'd rather hand the whole build over and put your attention on your offer and your audience.

Exactly what's included

Not "a launch setup." All of it.

Here’s the full build — the visible pieces and the dozen invisible ones that decide whether launch week is calm or chaos.

Launch email sequence
Written-ready emails built and scheduled to your launch calendar.
Delivery & access
Course or offer access automated the moment someone buys.
Abandoned-checkout recovery
The quiet automation that wins back sales you'd otherwise lose.
A plain-English run sheet
So you know exactly what fires, and when — no black box.
Checkout & payments
Tested with real transactions, so no one hits a broken cart.
Tags, segments & logic
The right people get the right follow-up, automatically.
Post-launch nurture
Buyers and non-buyers both land somewhere intentional after the cart closes.
Me, on call, launch week
If anything moves, I'm there — not a ticket queue.

One broken checkout can cost more than this build. This is the cheaper mistake to avoid.

HOW IT WORKS

From apply to launch, handled.

01

Apply

Tell me about your launch and what you need. If it's a fit, we book a scope call.

02

Scope & plan

We map the full launch flow, tools, and timeline so nothing's left to chance.

03

I build & test

Built on your platform and tested end to end before you're anywhere near live.

04

Launch with support

You launch on a system that holds, with me on hand through the week.

What you walk away with

A launch that runs without you white-knuckling it.

You get the finished, tested system — every email scheduled, every automation firing, checkout and delivery working — so launch week is calm, not chaos.

You show up for your audience and your offer. The machinery behind it just runs.

What you walk away with

A written Backend Roadmap, not just a nice chat.

The session isn’t advice you’ll forget by Friday. You leave with a clear, written plan — what to fix, in what order, and why — mapped to your actual tools and goals.

Use it to do the work yourself, hand it to your team, or bring it back to me for the build. Either way, the clarity is yours to keep.

1
10+ years, since 2012
Backends built and rescued across every major coaching platform — I've seen how launches break, so I build so they don't.
2
I fix what cheaper builders leave behind
A lot of my work is repairing setups that were done fast and wrong. Done right the first time is cheaper than done twice.
3
Built to run without me
The goal isn't to make you dependent on me. It's a system you understand and own — with a run sheet to match.
4
No hype, ever
No false urgency, no buzzwords. Real timelines, honest answers — en when the answer is "you don't need that."

What you're probably wondering

The honest answers, up front.

"Is it really worth $2,500+?"

One launch where the checkout silently fails can cost more than this in lost sales alone — never mind the hors and the stress. This isn’t an expense on top of your launch. It’s the thing that protects it.

"Why you, and not someone cheaper?"

You can absolutely find cheaper. A lot of my work is rebuilding what cheaper left broken. Ten years means I see the gaps before they cost you — which is the whole point of paying for experience.

"What if something breaks anyway?"

It’s tested end to end with real transactions before you go live, and I’m on call through launch week. If something moves, I move on it — you’re not alone with it at midnight.

"What if I'm not even sure this is the right service?"

Then we find out together. The application leads to a scope call, not a contract. If a Strategy Session or something smaller fits you better, I’ll say so.

Good to know

The practical details.

How far ahead should I book you?

Ideally a few weeks before your launch — the more runway, the more we can test. But reach out even if it’s tight; I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

Do you write the launch copy too, or just build it?
I build and wire everything up. If you need copy, I can point you to writers I trust — or build around copy you already have.
Which platforms do you build on?
Most of the major coaching and email platforms. Whatever you’re on, I can usually work in it — and tell you honestly if a tool’s holding you back.
What if my launch date moves?

It happens. We’ll adjust the timeline together — the build doesn’t expire.

What happens after launch week?

You keep the system, and the run sheet. If you’d like ongoing care, Dedicated Tech Support picks up from there.

If, on our scope call, I don't believe I'm the right person for your launch — I'll tell you, and I won't take the project. You'll leave knowing more either way.

Ready when you are

Let's make your next launch the calm one.
