I began working virtually in 2012, supporting clients with the many practical tasks required to keep an online business moving. As the work evolved, I became increasingly interested in the technology behind those tasks—how websites, funnels, email marketing, client delivery, and internal processes could work together more effectively.
That curiosity grew into hands-on experience across business systems, CRM platforms, automation, launches, funnels, integrations, and ongoing technical support.
Today, I bring those areas together. I do not look at a funnel, workflow, or platform in isolation. I look at how it supports the client journey, the team behind it, and the wider goals of the business.
