Hi, I'm Novelyn.
I build the systems your business runs on - so it stops running on you.
I design conversion-focused websites and result-driven funnels, with the automation between them set up to run the way you’d run it yourself. So you can stay out front, doing what you do best.
How I got here
I didn't set out to love the backend. It found me.
I started where a lot of people do – helping a business with “just one tech thing.” Then another. Then the launch that almost didn’t happen because an automation quietly broke at the worst possible moment. Somewhere in there I realized the thing everyone dreaded was the thing I actually enjoyed: making the messy, invisible machinery behind a business work.
So I went deep. Over a decade later, I’ve built and rescued backends across every major coaching platform – the launches, the funnels, the automations, the “why is this not working” emergencies the night before a cart opens.
What hasn’t changed is the kind of work I care about: not the flashiest funnel, but the one that holds. Not more tools, but the right few, set up so they actually talk to each other.
story
The best systems feel invisible. If you're noticing your tech, it isn't done yet.
How I work
A few things I believe, out loud.
No hype. Ever.
No "six figures in six weeks," no manufactured urgency, no buzzwords. Real platforms, real timelines, and honest answers — even when the honest answer is "you don't need that."
Built to run without me
The goal isn't to make you dependent on me — it's the opposite. I build systems that run the way you'd run them, so the business holds together whether I'm in it or not.
Your business, your way
I don't arrive with a template and force you into it. I learn how you actually work, then build the structure around that — because a system you won't use isn't a system.
Off the clock
I run my business on the same systems I build for you.
Here’s the honest reason I’m good at this: I have to be. I run Novelyn & Co. as the primary provider for my household while homeschooling my kids — which means my own business has to run smoothly without me hovering over it all day.
So when I tell you a backend can carry the weight, I’m not theorising. I’ve built mine to do exactly that — and most of the ideas behind it arrived somewhere after midnight, because that’s when this night owl does her best thinking.
A few true things
- I homeschool my children alongside the business
- A proud night owl — the good ideas come late
- I run a little book business on the side, for love
- I'd rather show you how it works than make it a mystery
The toolkit
Working with the platforms you already use.
Start with clarity or hand the whole thing over. Either way, you keep the part of your business you love – and I take the part you don’t.
Now booking
If your backend's holding you back, let's fix that.
Start with a strategy session and leave with a clear roadmap — or, if you’re not sure where you stand yet, take the two-minute quiz and find out.
