- Respond promptly to inquiries, approvals, and feedback.
- Respect deadlines for feedback and deliverables to avoid delays.
- Comply with payment schedules outlined in your service agreement.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
- Deposits are required to secure your project slot and are non-refundable.
- Full payment is required before the final delivery of any project.
- No refunds will be issued once work has begun unless stated otherwise in your service agreement.
5. Project Timelines
- Each project will have a specific timeline discussed and agreed upon before starting.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of assets) may extend the timeline and result in additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and strategies created by Novelyn and Co. are owned by us until full payment is received.
- After payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business purposes.
- Novelyn and Co. retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitations of Liability
- While we strive for excellence, Novelyn and Co. is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee specific results, such as increased revenue or web traffic, as these depend on various factors outside our control.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to fees for work already completed.
- Rescheduling your project slot may be accommodated at our discretion but is not guaranteed.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and agree to keep your business information confidential. Similarly, you agree not to share our proprietary methods, designs, or strategies without consent.
10. Changes to These Terms
Novelyn and Co. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration in Davao City.
