A helpful starting point

You do not need to have everything figured out.

These answers will help you understand the general way I work. Your business, systems, and requirements will still be reviewed individually before I recommend a service or prepare a proposal.
01

Choosing the right support

Start here if you are deciding whether Novelyn & Co. is the right fit.
I work primarily with established female coaches, consultants, and course creators who already have clients, proven offers, and business technology in place. My services are best suited to businesses that need their existing systems connected, improved, expanded, or supported more reliably.
No. Tell me about your business, your current setup, and what you need help with. I will review the details and, if we may be a good fit, recommend the most suitable service after our discovery call.
My services are usually more comprehensive than a brand-new business needs. If you are still developing your first offer or signing your first clients, it may be better to establish the fundamentals before investing in this level of systems and technical support. But, if you’re willing to invest a premium and high quality support from the beginning of your business, I’d be happy to assist.
In many cases, yes. I work across a wide range of CRM, funnel, website, course, automation, scheduling, payment, and client-management platforms. Recommendations begin with what your business needs, not a preference for one particular tool.
02

Projects, scope & investment

What to expect when planning a systems or launch project.
Business Systems & Automation projects start at $3,500 USD. Launch Systems & Technical Support also starts at $3,500 USD. Premium Tech Support starts at $1,200 USD per month with an initial three-month commitment. Your proposal will reflect the final scope, platforms, complexity, and support required.
Business systems projects commonly range from 4 to 12+ weeks, depending on the scope and complexity. Launch timelines are planned around your launch model, dates, platform readiness, content, testing requirements, and level of live support. A more accurate schedule is provided with your proposal.
You will need to provide timely access to your platforms, approved copy and assets, accurate offer or process details, and feedback or approvals when requested. For launch work, your strategy, offer, dates, pricing, policies, and content should already be established.
If a new requirement falls outside the agreed scope, I will explain the impact before proceeding. It may be added through a revised proposal, a separate project phase, or ongoing Premium Tech Support when appropriate.
Business Systems & Automation projects include 14 days of post-project support for questions or corrections related to the completed scope. Ongoing improvements, new requests, and continued technical care can be arranged separately.
04

Enquiry & working together

What happens once you are ready to discuss your needs.
I will review your business, current systems, goals, timeframe, and expected investment. You can expect a response within 1–2 business days. If the enquiry looks like a possible fit, I will invite you to a discovery call.
No. The enquiry is reviewed first so we can make sure a conversation is likely to be useful for both of us. Qualified enquiries receive an invitation to schedule a discovery call.
Availability depends on the service and current project schedule. A typical start window is around one week after the proposal is accepted and the required onboarding items are complete, although larger projects and launches may need to be scheduled further ahead.
Yes. Novelyn is your strategist, technical specialist, and main point of contact. You receive direct communication and hands-on involvement throughout the work.
The communication process is confirmed during onboarding and matched to the service. You will have a clear place for requests, updates, questions, feedback, and approvals so the work remains organized and easy to follow.
03

Ongoing technical support

How reserved monthly support works as your business evolves.
No. It is an ongoing service agreement that gives your business reserved access to technical expertise, continuous improvements, and support from someone who understands your setup. The focus is on moving agreed requests forward throughout the month, not counting down a prepaid block of hours.
Requests are submitted through the agreed support channel and worked on continuously according to your support level. Essential Support allows up to three active requests at a time; a new request can move forward as an active one is completed.
For Essential Support, typical turnaround is 1–2 business days for standard requests. More complex work may require additional time, and Priority or Strategic Support is available when a business needs faster response or a higher level of involvement.
Essential clients may request urgent assistance when something business-critical happens, such as a website outage. Availability must be confirmed, and an urgent-support fee may apply. Priority and Strategic levels provide stronger response arrangements for businesses that need them more regularly.
Ongoing support works best when there is enough time to understand your setup, establish a dependable working rhythm, and make meaningful improvements. After the initial commitment, continuation terms are confirmed based on the support agreement.
