We start with a dedicated onboarding session so I can get fully familiar with your setup, your tools, and how your business runs – before any support requests come in.

Raise your support request via the ticketing system or email. Include as much detail as you can – what’s happening, where, and any relevant screenshots or links.

I Get to Work

I pick up your request within 24 business hours and get started. For straightforward fixes, you’ll often hear back the same day. Complex issues may take longer – I’ll always keep you updated.

Resolved & Confirmed

Once the issue is resolved, I’ll let you know what was done and confirm everything is working. No tech jargon – just a clear update you can actually understand.

What does "unlimited" support actually mean?

It means there’s no cap on the number of requests you can submit each month. You’re not counting tickets or worrying about hitting a limit. That said, unlimited support covers the day-to-day maintenance and fixes outlined in the scope – it doesn’t include new build projects, which are scoped and priced separately.

What platforms do you support?

I support a wide range of platforms including WordPress, Elementor, Kajabi, Kartra, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Keap, Zapier, Make, ThriveCart, ClickFunnels, Vbout, and more. If you’re not sure whether your platform is covered, just ask when you enquire.

How quickly will you respond to my requests?

I aim to respond to all requests within 24 business hours. Straightforward fixes are often resolved the same day. More complex issues – particularly those involving multiple integrations or platform-level changes – may take additional time. I’ll always keep you updated on progress so you’re never left wondering.

Why is there a minimum 3-month commitment?

Effective tech support isn’t just about fixing things — it’s about knowing your setup well enough to prevent problems in the first place. The 3-month minimum gives us time to build that familiarity and deliver support that genuinely makes a difference to how your business runs.

What happens after the initial 3 months?

After the initial commitment, the retainer continues on a month-to-month basis. You can give notice to end the engagement at any time after the 3-month period with reasonable notice.

What if I need something that's outside the support scope?

If your request falls outside the scope of ongoing support (for example, building a new funnel or setting up a brand-new system) – I’ll let you know and we can discuss whether it qualifies as a standalone project under one of my other services. I’ll always be upfront about what’s included and what isn’t.
